3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, broken into small pieces

1 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini chocolate chips

8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into chunks

¾ cup all-purpose flour

1/3 teaspoon baking powder (I didn’t have a 1/3 measure so I used a heaping ¼ teaspoon)

¼ teaspoon salt
•
3 large eggs
•
1 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
•
1 teaspoon espresso powder
