INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups peanut butter sandwich cookie crumbs (i.e. Nutter Butter)

4 tbs unsalted butter, melted
•
2 tbs sugar
•
Layer #1:
•
8 oz cream cheese, softened
•
1/2 cup (scant) confectioners sugar
•
1/2 cup peanut butter
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
2 cups whipped topping
•
Layer #2:
•
1 pkg (4-serving size) instant chocolate pudding mix
•
1 3/4 cups milk
•
Layer #3:
•
1-2 cups whipped topping
•
1/4 cup toffee pieces, chopped peanuts or chopped peanut butter cups (optional)
