4 eggs (preferably from pastured chickens)

1/3 cup whole milk (I use raw milk)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon ground flax seed (I grind flax seeds in my blender and store the powder in my fridge)
•
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans), divided
•
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
•
10 slices of bread (I use Sourdough or this bread recipe)
•
3 ripe bananas, sliced
•
butter (preferably from grass fed cows)
•
pure maple syrup
