1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup whole milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (see notes)
Crumbled peanut butter cookies (like Nutter Butters), peanut granola, or chopped honey roasted peanuts
