Banana Bread Cake with Brown Butter Frosting
INGREDIENTS

Cake Ingredients:

1 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Brown Sugar
•
1/2 cup Sour Cream
•
1/2 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
•
1/2 cup Soft Butter
•
2 Eggs
•
2 tsp Vanilla
•
2 cups Flour
•
1 tsp Baking Soda
•
3/4 tsp Salt
•
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
•
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
•
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
•
4 Smooshed Bananas
•
Frosting Ingredients:
•
1/4 cup Butter
•
1 & 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
•
1 & 1/2 tsp Vanilla
•
2 Tb Milk
•
4 ounces Cream Cheese
•
(I also added 1/2 cup of roughly chopped walnuts on top of the cake)
