Ingredients: 4 steaks of your choice (I used beef sirloin tip), 1 inch thick; steak seasoning (I used Montreal Steak Spice, but simple salt and pepper will also do); 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; 6 cups arugula; 6 oz (1 cup) raspberries; 6 oz (1 cup) blueberries; 1 cup strawberries, sliced; 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled; 1/4 cup slivered almonds; 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar; 1/4 cup olive oil; 3 teaspoons sugar; 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard; salt and pepper
