1/2 cup mascarpone cheese (4 oz), softened
1 box (9 oz) Green Giant® frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 or 3 dashes McCormick® Ground Red Pepper (cayenne), if desired
1/4 teaspoon salt
