INGREDIENTS
1 cup mayo or salad dressing
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 can (about 14oz) artichoke hearts, drained & coarsely chopped
1 box (9oz) green gian frozen chopped pinach thawed & squeez to drain
1/2 cup hopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup monterey jack or mozzerella cheese 1oz.
Toast baguette slices, or use tortilla chips.
