1 loaf of challah bread (I used the one from Trader Joe’s)

1½ cups liquid egg substitute (like Egg Beaters)
•
1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
•
1 ½ cups fat free milk
•
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
•
2 tbsp vanilla
•
2 tbsp pumpkin butter
•
1/2 cup maple syrup
