1/4 cup Argo® Corn Starch
4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Durkee® Ground White Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Durkee® Cayenne Pepper
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 to 2 cups topping, your choice: corn flakes, garlic croutons, crushed saltine crackers OR crushed cheese crackers
