INGREDIENTS
4 apples (Fuji, Braeburn or JonaGold), washed and cored
½ cup of toasted walnuts and pecans
¼ cup of toasted unsweetened flaked coconut
¼ cup of dried fruit (I used cranberries and raisins) You can use currants, golden raisins, or blueberries.
¼ cup of rolled oats
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup of apple cider or juice
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup for drizzling
1 tablespoon of butter (optional), cut into 4 cubes
