1 cup real mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice or 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
1 [0.6 oz] pkg zesty Italian salad dressing seasoning or Kraft "Anything" dry dressing mix
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and black pepper to taste
1 [14 oz] can artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or peccarino-romano cheese
2 cups shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese, divided
