BACON AND BROCCOLI QUICHE

INGREDIENTS
9 inch pie crust (this makes 2 crusts)
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
Dash salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vinegar
10 slices bacon, fried to crisp then crumbled
1 c. frozen broccoli, cooked and chopped
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
4 lg. eggs
2 c. Half and Half
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
