Double batch Buttercream Frosting, tinted yellow (see below)

1 pkg. (14 oz.) shredded coconut
•
Yellow food coloring
•
mini candy-coated chocolates; assorted colors
•
24 orange jelly beans or gumdrops
•
1 C&® Powdered Sugar (1 lb.) box
•
1/2 cup butter, softened(1 stick)
•
3 to 4 tablespoonstablespoons milk
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
Yellow food coloring
•
