This was my Mom's recipe and everyone has always enjoyed it.

Ingredients For banana bread

3/4 cbutter, unsalted

1 1/2 csugar, granulated

2eggs
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1/2 tspvinegar

3bananas, ripe

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

1 tspvanilla

2 1/2 cflour, all purpose

1/2 cnuts, chopped (optional)
How To Make banana bread
-
1Place butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix together

2Add the vinegar to the 1/4 measuring cup then add the milk until it equals 1/4 cup(you have just made sour milk) Add the milk to the butter and sugar. Add eggs and peeled bananas until all blended

3Add soda, baking powder, vanilla, add flour slowly while mixing, add nuts if desired

4Put into a large greased and floured loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350 for about 1 hour 15 minutes.
