1.5 Tablespoons lemon juice (from about 1/2 a lemon)

optional: a handful of cilantro or basil

For the Salad:

2 cups cooked lentils
•
1/2 medium onion, chopped into small pieces
•
pinch of salt
•
2-4 cups salad greens
