2 cups milk
1 cup vegetable broth
Pepper
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
2 cups crushed tortilla chips, preferably flaxseed
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup creme fraiche or sour cream, optional
