¼ Cup fresh squeezed lemon juice and “some” zest – 2 lemons should do it and about a Tablespoon of zest.

1 Cup plus 6 Tablespoons Sugar divided

2 level Tablespoons all-purpose flour
•
3 level Tablespoons Cornstarch
•
1 ½ Cups water
•
1/8 teaspoon salt
•
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter cut into small cubes
•
4 eggs separated into 4 yolks and 4 egg whites
•
1 nine inch pie crust, baked.
