3 T apple cider vinegar

1/3 C + 1 T Swerve (or your choice of granulated sweetener)

2-3 tsp. ground ginger (to taste–this is a ginger-heavy sauce)

2 tsp. red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

3/4 tsp. garlic powder
•
1/2 tsp. salt
•
2 tsp. no sugar added ketchup
•
1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
