2 lbs Brussels sprouts, washed, trimmed with x cut on bottom of each (can use frozen)

1 1/2 tablespoons peanut oil

1 -2 teaspoon minced garlic
•
1/2 tablespoon grated gingerroot
•
1 tablespoon soy sauce
•
1/2-1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
•
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
•
1/4 teaspoon sugar
•
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
•
1 teaspoon sesame oil
