2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine (or chicken stock)
2 bulb scallions (chopped)

3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1.5 tbsp light soy sauce
1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
¼ tsp ground black pepper
6 tbsp reserved noodle water
