1 pound (16 ounces) Brussels sprouts
3 to 4 medium carrots
⅔ cup chopped green onions (white and green parts)
⅔ cup lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves (optional), chopped
⅔ cup slivered almonds
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium tamari or other soy sauce*
¼ teaspoon sea salt (skip the salt if your tamari/soy sauce is not reduced sodium)
