INGREDIENTS
6 oz uncooked, whole wheat pasta noodles
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tsp olive oil
1 14-15oz can artichoke hearts in water, drained, rinsed and chopped
1 cup fresh broccoli
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup white wine
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
*OPTIONAL fresh parsley, chopped, to garnish
