2teaspoons tomato bouillon with chicken flavorI used Knorr bouillon for this recipe
salt and pepperto taste
1 3/4cups water
2tablespoons olive oil
For the Sauce
3 ancho chiles
1/2cup water
pinch of salt
For the Beans
4cups pinto beanscooked
1/2cup white onionsdiced
2cloves garlicminced
1cup chicken broth
1teaspoon cumin
3tablespoons olive oil
queso frescocrumbled (optional garnish)
