Apple Raisin Spice Muffins - Coachs Oats

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups Coach’s Oats®
1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup of raisins
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1 to 1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
¾ cup chunky cinnamon applesauce
1 1/3 cups fat free or low fat milk
2 egg whites or 1 whole egg
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
