INGREDIENTS
1 package(s) instant yeast
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk ( scalded, cooled to warm )
1/3 cup butter ( melted )
1 egg ( (egg room temperature) )
2 teaspoons salt
4 cups bread flour ( or all-purpose flour )
Glaze:
1/4 cup cream cheese ( softened )
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Glaze: 1/4 c cream cheese (soft), 4 Tblsp Butter, 1 1/2 c Powdered sugar; 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp salt
Filling: 6 Tblsp butter, Melted divided, 5 apples (peeled, diced) 1/2 c sugar, 1 c brown sugar, 2 Tblsp ground cinnamon
