1/2 cup milk ( scalded, cooled to warm )

1/3 cup butter ( melted )
•
1 egg ( (egg room temperature) )

2 teaspoons salt
•
4 cups bread flour ( or all-purpose flour )

Glaze:
•
1/4 cup cream cheese ( softened )
•
4 tablespoons butter
•
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
Glaze: 1/4 c cream cheese (soft), 4 Tblsp Butter, 1 1/2 c Powdered sugar; 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp salt
