1 package double crust pie pastry (one reserved for the pie bottom & one for the cinnamon roll)

1 tablespoon flour

2-3 tablespoons softened butter
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
1-2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
•
1 egg, beaten (for brushing on top of the crust of the pie before going in the oven)

1/2 cup confectioners sugar
•
1 tablespoon milk
•
a splash of vanilla extract
