2 -3 teaspoons powdered cinnamon (2 tsp seemed to cover it enough)

½ stick butter (I used smart balance 50/50 blend)
•
2 large eggs
•
1 cup milk (I used my leftover buttermilk to use it up)
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
