Ingredients For zucchini fritters

2eggs, slightly beaten
-
1 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated
-
2 cshredded zucchini
-
2/3 cbisquick
-
salt and pepper
How To Make zucchini fritters

1Mix cheese, Bisquick, pepper with the beaten eggs and then fold into the zucchini.

2Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot cooking oil and deep fry. Salt as soon as they come out of the fryer.
