This is a hit at every get together I go to. I'm always asked to bring this appetizer. Looking forward to making this for our Superbowl party.

Ingredients For vegi-bars

  • 2 pkg
    crescent rolls
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix
  • 3/4 c
    each of chopped green onions, green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, and tomatoes.
  • 3/4 c
    of shredded carrots and cheddar cheese.

How To Make vegi-bars

  • 1
    Spread crescent rolls onto jelly roll pan, or cookie sheet. Be sure to seal cuts. Bake at 475 degrees 8 to 10 minutes, cool.

    Mix sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix. Spread onto cooled crescent rolls.

    Add chopped vegi's and shredded carrots and cheese.
