I got this recipe from the daughter-in-law of my best friend. I like that it is just a cream cheese base unlike most of the recipes out there. The amount of veggies and cheese is up to the individual. I usually chop my vegetables up very small so there is not a need to use a whole lot. Experiment with the different varieties of the powdered ranch packets available.

Ingredients For veggie pizza

  • 2
    cans of pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 2
    blocks of cream cheese
  • 2
    packets powdered ranch dressing
  • assorted veggies of your choice, (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and green onion)
  • 1
    bag of shredded cheese

How To Make veggie pizza

    Line baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.This step makes it easy to remove the pizza from the pan. Spread crescent rolls out in the bottom of the baking sheet. Bake until lightly brown on top. I found 10 minutes at 350 to be the best. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese and ranch packets; spread over crust. Dice veggies and spread over cream cheese. Then spread cheese over top. If you want you can press everything into the cream cheese. Enjoy!
