I have made these for a couple of birthday parties. I love garlic,so it is yummy for me ...but use less or more for your taste. Also you can use less dressing mix for your taste....but hope someone will enjoy LOL Making these for my sons birthday, will post a pic after that!

Ingredients For veggie garlic squares

  • 2 tubes
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    ranch style dressing mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic (or more to taste)
  • 2 md
    chopped tomatoes, seeded
  • 1 c
    chopped fresh broccoli
  • 3
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 c
    sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c
    chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1/2 can
    (2 1/4 oz) sliced olives
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make veggie garlic squares

    Unroll the crescent rolls and press into ugreased cookie sheet, seal seams. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely on wire rack

    In bowl beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, dressing mix and garlic until smooth. Spread over the crescent rolls. Sprinkle the rest of ingredients over the top. Cover and refrigerate for atleast 1 hour. Cut into squares. If you have left overs refrigerate.
