Ingredients For vegetable pizza

1 pkgrefrigerated crescent rolls

8 ozcream cheese at room temperature

1 pkgranch style salad dressing mix

1/2 cmayonnaise

1 bunchfresh broccoli chopped into small pieces

1 smcauliflower chopped into small pieces

4carrots shredded
-
8 ozmonterey jack or cheddar cheese shredded
How To Make vegetable pizza

1Preheat oven to 375f. Spread crescen5t rolls on cookie sheet pressing and pinching to seal seams to form a crust. Bake8 - 10 minutes or until set and golden brown. Cool completely.

2Combine cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise until well blended. Spread evenly on cooled crust. Sprinkle with shopped vegetables (vary amount and kind to taste). Top with shredded cheese. Chill. Cut into squares to serve.

3*Note: You can use any vegetables you choose. The trick is to vary the colors to make the pizza pop!. Matchstick zucchini, chopped red or yellow peppers, chopped radishes are but a few you might try.
