Ingredients For the best italian antipasto

    20 oz pkg organic mixed greens
  • 1/4 lb
    thickly sliced deli ham, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/4 lb
    genoa salami, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1/2 lb
    mozzarella cheese, cut into 1" chunks
  • 2 lg
    ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1
    6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1
    7 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained, cut into 1/2" strips
  • 6
    pepperoncini peppers
  • 20
    extra lg pitted black olives
  • 1/2 c
    light italian dressing

How To Make the best italian antipasto

    On a lg platter, arrange mixed greens. Arrange all other ingredients, except for dressing, in a decorative fashion over greens.

    Drizzle dressing over all ingredients. Lightly toss.
