Ingredients For the best italian antipasto

120 oz pkg organic mixed greens

1/4 lbthickly sliced deli ham, cut into bite size pieces

1/4 lbgenoa salami, cut into 1" pieces

1/2 lbmozzarella cheese, cut into 1" chunks

2 lgripe tomatoes, cut into chunks

16 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained

17 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained, cut into 1/2" strips

6pepperoncini peppers

20extra lg pitted black olives
-
1/2 clight italian dressing
How To Make the best italian antipasto

1On a lg platter, arrange mixed greens. Arrange all other ingredients, except for dressing, in a decorative fashion over greens.

2Drizzle dressing over all ingredients. Lightly toss.
