Ingredients For texas caviar

1 (15 oz) canblack-eyed peas, drained and rinsed

1 (4 oz) canblack olives, chopped

1/2 cgreen bell pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cred bell pepper, finely chopped

4 mdscallions (white and 2 inches green), finely chopped

2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/4 cpickled jalapeno peppers, minced

1 tspground cumin
-
2 Tbspfresh cilantro, chopped

1 Tbspapple cider vinegar
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make texas caviar

1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

2Stir to mix well.

3Cover and refrigerate, about 2 hours, until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
