Ingredients For tempura pickles & jalapeños with remoulade sauce

1 cjar kosher pickles

1 cjalapenos in jar sliced

1/2 boxtempura mix
-
1 cvegetable oil
-
1/2 cremoulade sauce (recipe to follow)

1 tsppaprika
How To Make tempura pickles & jalapeños with remoulade sauce

1mix tempura with water till thin mixture
-
2towel dry, pickles and jalapeños
-
3drop into tempura mixture let sit for a few minutes

4heat the vegetable oil to med high, drop in until golden brown a few minutes on each side, drain and sprinkle with the paprika, serve hot

5my remoulade= 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup ketchup, 6 splashes of tabasco sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper....mix well
