For the holiday meals, Easter being no exception I try to serve a fresh home cooked meal along with "live" foods. Just meaning raw fruits, vegetables and healthy choices. This year I went with an "Orange" theme. The color orange that is and it was certainly festive & everyone enjoyed it. For my two younger nephews I took a cupcake pan filled it with an assortment of "Tastes of Orange" for them to rate. They were so excited and couldn't wait to dig in. They both tried everything but especially got a kick out of the little kumquats. Even their older brother who is 16 came & joined in on the fun.
