Ingredients For tabboleh

1 cfine bulgur , washed and soaked .

6 cparsley , finely chopped

1 cgreen mint- finely chopped

1 ctomatoes , cut into very small pieces

1 ccucumber , cut into very small pieces

1 colive oil

1 clemon juice, fresh

1lettuce , leaves seperated for garnishing

1 Tbspsalt
How To Make tabboleh

1Mix all the vegetables in a suitable bowl.

2Add the washed and drained fine Bulgur ( a boiled , then dried and ground wheat )

3Mix the olive oil , lemon juice and salt . Add this seasoning mixture over other ingredients , mix well , garnish with lettuce leaves and lemon slices .
