3 ozcream cheese, at room temp

6 slicebacon, cut in half

1/2 cpineapple preserves

1/2 capple jelly

2 Tbsphorseradish

1 Tbspdry mustard
How To Make sweet-hot mushroom appetizer, barb

1Preheat broiler. Fill mushroom caps evenly with cream cheese. Wrap each mushroom with 1/2 slice bacon and secure with toothpicks. Arrange cream cheese side down on baking sheet. Broil until bacon is crisp about 5 min. Turn mushrooms over and continue broiling until second side is crisp. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and blend thoroughly. Serve mushrooms hot, passing sauce separately.
