Ingredients For stuffed portobello mushrooms

  • 2 lg
    portobello mushroom caps
  • 2 tsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    grated aged cheddar cheese
  • 4 slice
    precooked bacon
  • splash
    worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

How To Make stuffed portobello mushrooms

  • 1
    Preheat oven 425 degrees. With a spoon remove the gills from the mushrooms and discard hollowing the mushroom out a bit.
  • 2
    Spread the butter inside the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1/4 cup of the cheese to each mushroom.

    Splash a little worcestershire sauce in each mushroom. Chop up the bacon and add 2 slices to each mushroom.

    Place on baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes. until cheese is melted and bubbly and the bacon is crisp
