2 lgportobello mushroom caps

2 tspbutter

1/2 cgrated aged cheddar cheese

4 sliceprecooked bacon

splashworcestershire sauce

How To Make stuffed portobello mushrooms

1Preheat oven 425 degrees. With a spoon remove the gills from the mushrooms and discard hollowing the mushroom out a bit.

2Spread the butter inside the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1/4 cup of the cheese to each mushroom.

3Splash a little worcestershire sauce in each mushroom. Chop up the bacon and add 2 slices to each mushroom.

4Place on baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes. until cheese is melted and bubbly and the bacon is crisp
