These are the best stuffed mushrooms that I have ever eaten. I found this recipe 40 something years ago when I was first married in the cookbook that came with my blender.

Ingredients For stuffed mushrooms

1/4 cbutter

1 lbmushrooms

4 slicedry bread

1 smonion

2 Tbspparsley

1/4 tspkosher salt

1/4 tspmarjoram, dried

1/4 tspthyme, dried

1/4 tspgranulated garlic

1/4 cdry white wine

1lemon juice
How To Make stuffed mushrooms

1De-stem mushrooms, quarter onion and cut up bread. Add all to food processor and pulse until fine.

2Melt butter in skillet. Add mushroom mixture and saute 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, marjoram, thyme, garlic and white wine, Mix well and saute 5 minutes over low heat.

3Place mushroom caps in a 9" x 13" pan and sprinkle with salt. Fill caps with mushroom mixture.

4Bake at 375-degrees for 10 minutes. Turn oven to broil and move to 4-5 inches from heat. Broil 5 minutes.
