Ingredients For stuffed bell peppers

8 mdbell peppers, green, yellow, red
-
2 clovegarlic
-
2 Tbspparsley
-
1/2 Tbspthyme, dried

1/2 Tbsporegano
-
1 smegg
-
1/2 cparmesan or pepper jack

1/2 cmozzarella cheese

1 cshredded zuchini
-
1/2 conion, chopped
-
1/2 ctomato chopped
-
1/2 cspinach (optional)

1/4 citalian bread crumbs
How To Make stuffed bell peppers

1Saute your herbs in a small amount of olive oil. Then add the cheese, bread crumbs and one egg. Stir in the vegetables (minus the bell peppers of course) and saute until tender.

2Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut your peppers into halves. Stuff your peppers with your mixture. Place them on a cookie sheet or baking sheet. Bake for about 35-45 minutes.

3Remove from heat and top with more cheeses. You can add some olive oil to the pan drippings and pour over peppers. Serve and enjoy.
