Ingredients For stuffed artichokes

  • 1/2 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make stuffed artichokes

  • 1
    Trim and wash artichokes. Mix together bread crumbs, cheese and spices. Stuff leaves of artichokes with mixture. Pour olive oil over stuffing. Place in large pot with about 1/2" of water. Cover and cook on medium heat about 45 minutes, until leaves pull away easily.. Enjoy
