I am asked to bring these roll up's to parties and family get together's all the time. Very easy to make and the recipe can be doubled or tripled if needed. Even people who do not like spinach like these. Enjoy!

Ingredients For spinach ranch roll ups

1 csour cream

1 cmayonnaise

1 pkg(10 oz) frozen chopped spinach - thawed and squeezed dry

1 bunchgreen onions - thinly sliced

1/2 jarhormel bacon bites

1 pkghidden valley ranch dressing mix - do not use dip mix

1 pkg8- flour tortillas - burrito size
How To Make spinach ranch roll ups

1In large bowl combine all ingredients except tortillas. Mix well. Let set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour so flavors can blend. Spread thin layer of mixture on tortillas leaving about 1/2" border. Roll up jelly roll style. Cut into 1" pieces and serve. * Roll ups will cut easier if made ahead of time and left in refrigerator for tortillas to soften up a bit. A serrated knife works best. ** I have made these will light mayonnaise and sour cream and they taste the same.
