Ingredients For spinach puffs

  • 3 pkg
    cresant rolls (pillsbury raw cresant rolls)
  • 1 box
    frozen spinach,chopped (9oz)
  • 3/4
    chopped red pepper, fine
  • 3/4
    of 8oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 lg
    green onion,chopped fine
  • 3 clove
    garlic,pressed
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    feta cheese

How To Make spinach puffs

    Heat oven to 375
  • 2
    Cook spinach in microwave for the required time
  • 3
    While spinach is cooking,in large bowl, mix all ingredients (except for cresant rolls) together well using a table spoon.

    On a baking sheet,layout the cresant roll triangles,place a heeping tsp of the spinach mix in the center of each cresant triangle, then fold the triangle around the spinach mix so there is no spinach mix showing.

    Bake for 7-11 minutes(until a light brown),let cool for 2 minutes then serve.
