Ingredients For spinach pie

  • 2 pkg
    pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 2 box
    frozen chopped spinach
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1 pkg
    pepperoni slices
  • 1 lb
    shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make spinach pie

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Open one can of crescent rolls and separate into rectangles. Smooth over perforations. Line a 13x9 baking pan with the dough. Defrost spinach and squeeze all water out. Place half of spinach in pan. Combine other ingredients and pour over spinach. Top with remaining spinach. Cut 2nd can of crescent rolls into strips and top with a lattice crust. Bake until nicely browned, around 15 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm.
