Ingredients For spinach loaf

  • 2
    loaves french bread
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    mayo
  • 10 oz
    frozen chopped spinach
  • 8 oz
    sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 10 slice
    bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 2 tsp
    dill
  • salt and pepper

How To Make spinach loaf

  • 1
    Slice bread along top, scoop out some soft crumbs. fill with mixture of remaining ingredients. Seal in tin foil and bake at 375 degrees 1 1/2 to 2 hours. slice and serve.
