Ingredients For spinach & cheese tortilla pizza-diabetic friendly

2 lg(10-inch) flour or whole wheat tortillas

2 Tbspnonfat plain yogurt
-
1 - 10oz. pkgfrozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 lgtomato, chopped
-
1/2 cshredded reduced fat mexican-blend cheese
-
1/4 cchopped green onions
How To Make spinach & cheese tortilla pizza-diabetic friendly

1PREHEAT: Oven to 450 degrees F.
COAT: Baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. -
2PLACE: Tortillas on baking sheet.
BAKE: 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
REMOVE: From oven and reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. -
3SPREAD: Yogurt evenly over tortillas.
TOP: With spinach and tomato and sprinkle with cheese. -
4RETURN: To oven 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
SPRINKLE: With green onions.
CUT: Each tortilla into 6 slices.
