Ingredients For spinach cheese balls

1 boxfrozen spinach, thawed & squeezed

1 cbiscuit mix
-
2 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
-
1egg
-
2 tspitalian seasoning
-
1 tspgarlic salt
-
1 ctomato sauce, if desired
How To Make spinach cheese balls

1Heat the oven to 400F. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients, except the tomato sauce.

2Shape mixture into 1 inch size balls & place on cookie sheet.

3Bake for about 10 to 15 mins or until golden brown. Remove immediately from pan.

4Serve with the tomato sacue.
