Ingredients For spicy couscous

    couscous (10 ounce)
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 4
    roma tomatoes, diced
  • 6
    pitted olives, crushed
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 sm
    onion, diced
  • 1/4 c
    cranberries, dried
  • 1/8 c
    cayenne pepper, crushed

How To Make spicy couscous

    Boil the water, add couscous, remove from heat, let stand 7 minutes.

    Add olive oil, onions, tobasco sauce, olives, garlic, tomatoes, cheese, and cranberries.
